Tolga graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2024 He embarked on his career in competition law at a distinguished boutique law firm, recognized as one of Turkey’s leading legal institutions, where he gained extensive expertise in the complexities of competition law. Following his qualification as an attorney, he worked as a contract attorney on several projects, providing services to foreign clients on a project basis.

Tolga’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of competition law matters, including cartel agreements, abuse of dominance cases, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of joint ventures, exemption applications, and compensation lawsuits arising from competition law infringements. He also conducts comprehensive compliance assessments of corporate business practices and advises clients on ensuring strict adherence to competition law regulations. Additionally, he provides legal counsel on intricate regulatory matters, with a particular focus on EU and U.S. sanctions.
